Elevatione opens it’s first European boutique in Mayfair, London

Elevatione has opened it’s first European boutique in London. The new boutique is located on the prestigious Brook Street.  The luxury skin care and cosmetic brand already have 13 stores across the world. But this will be the first the brand will have in Europe.

The Brook Street boutique provides customers with an experience they won’t forget. It has original artwork by Salvador Dali.  The boutique aims to provide customers with both external and internal physical needs. All the staff are fully trained on all Elevatione products and can answer any questions.

We attended the launch night last week, with Lolita Mas and were blown away by just how gorgeous and relaxing it is. The treatment rooms are downstairs, the whole place has a very relaxed and chilled at feel, so much so you feel relaxed the second you walk through the door.

Being a huge fan of Salvador Dali art and persona, I just couldn’t pass by the brand that was originally inspired by his famous melting clock 🕒 I think the idea of combining the art and skincare innovations in a way how @elevatione does it is just brilliant ✨ At their London home now that it based in Mayfair, you can indulge yourself with the facials and their luxurious products! The #elevatione team are very generous and are giving my followers a 40% in-store discount off all products as well as a FREE facial, use the link www.elevatione.com/lolita and sign up 💕 #timestops #ad #redifinetherulesofaging

The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming. They know everything there is to know about all Elevatione’s products. We even got to sample the brands 24 K GOLD PEARL KIT (which you can read more about here.) We also did a review of their Guardian Night Cream.

You can check out some of our photos from the launch below.

  1. I had booked a facial for me and my mother at Elevatione Time Stops in Mayfair and was appalled by the experience.

The first two times I had made a booking, staff had got certain details wrong which meant that the appointments had to be rescheduled. Finally, today was the big day! The sun was out and me and my mother were both looking forward to getting pampered together.

Upon arrival at the venue, we were asked to fill out a health questionnaire and they discovered that they could not carry out a facial on me due to my on/off eczema. Which.. by the way.. I had informed them of on the phone when I had spoken to their staff.

I had ample phone contact with staff before today’s appointment informing them that I do suffer from recurrent eczema on my face yet not one member of staff had informed me (prior to today) that I would not be able to proceed with my facial.

We travelled a long way in to attend this appointment, for a chance of some mother/daughter bonding time however the whole experience was sour and has been simply awful.

The manager did apologise several times however all they could offer in compensation for wasting my time was a handcream and 30% off their products (which they said would aggravate my skin anyway) so could not understand why that was being offered to me.

This was definitely NOT the luxury boutique cosmetic brand that they advertise themselves as and due to the unprofessionalism of the whole experience – I will not be returning nor recommending this place.
