Design Home App Announces Partnership with Arhaus Home Furniture Retailer

Glu Mobile’s Design Home has announced that it will be partnering with Arhaus, a home and outdoor furniture retailer, for the addition of new decor items in the Design Home application.

For those who may be unfamiliar with Design Home, the app allows users to create the homes of their dreams by decorating them with real decor items from popular brands such as HGTV, Design Within Reach, Serena & Lily, APT2B, Anthony Baratta, Loloi and Kathy Kuo.

Starting today, app users will now be able to decorate their virtual homes with 30 items by Arhaus. Users will also be able to participate in a new living room challenge inspired by the brand.

Here are just a few of the Arhaus items that will be added to the app:

By filling their rooms with Arhaus furniture, users’ homes can end up looking like this:

Mark Van Ryswyk, the Senior Vice President at Glu Mobile, said, “We are thrilled to kick off the New Year by partnering with Arhaus to bring their stunning furniture pieces to Design Home’s one million daily active users. We strive to keep the platform fresh with the latest trends in design and look forward to continuing that throughout 2018.”

Kate Clegg, the Chief Marketing Officer at Arhaus, also adds, “At Arhaus, home is our favorite destination. We’ve traveled the world to find the perfect pieces, and we’re excited to join Design Home on our next adventure. We can’t wait to see the creative ways new and existing customers utilize Arhaus pieces to virtually design their spaces.”

In the previous year, Design Home’s one million daily active users globally played 7 billion minutes in 2017, designing over 600 million rooms total. Thanks to the app’s impressive numbers, it is known as the #1 home decor game.

Design Home is now available to download in both the App Store and Google Play.
