Our two favourite Love Island boys, Wes Nelson and Josh Denzel, have teamed up with boohooMAN for their first joint venture since departing from the villa back in August.
Wes and Josh became firm friends after spending eight weeks together in the highly coveted Love Island villa on the sunny island of Mallorca. The ITV2 hit show saw Wes couple up with now-girlfriend Megan Barton Hanson and Josh with Kazimir Crossley, who has also joined the boohoo brand as an ambassador.
The best friends have teamed up with the popular menswear brand to release their own autumn/winter clothing edits. This marks the first of many projects the pair will embark on over a six month period with the brand.
Their current campaign launched in late September, and sees the pair go head-to-head as customers are encouraged to pick between ‘Team Wes’ and ‘Team Josh’.
Their clothing collections include a range of pieces that are inspired by their own personal style. The boys joked that their edits are a huge difference to the type of clothing they were wearing in the villa, as there is “a lot more material”. They also added that both collections, which they exclusively hand-picked, are very versatile, with everything from oversized hoodies, to check twin sets, printed tees, distressed denim and even smart joggers.
As part of the brand’s marketing efforts, customers have been encouraged to share their favourite collection across social media platforms with the hashtag’s #teamWes and #teamJosh. An accompanying promotional video also saw the best mates playing into the idea of “picking your favourite” as they repeated, “Pick me!”

Making the most of his new-found fame, Wes has also signed up for the upcoming series of Dancing on Ice, which returns to screens next January. He’s set to follow in the footsteps of Love Island 2017 winner, Kem Cetinay, who competed on the skating show last year and finished in fourth place.
