What is the retreat all about?
The Filthy Healthy Cravings Retreat with Tess Ward & Danielle Peazer is an exclusive retreat – where Danielle will take you through her newly launched training method, Danielle Peazer Method, learn how to make Tess’ colourful and delicious dishes as well as hike glaciers, scale mountains, push you fitness limits, have a blast in the process. And the best thing is you get to explore and see the amazing views of the swiss alps.
What’s included in the retreat?
- 7 nights accommodation in Double room at The Capra ( 18- 25th August 2018)
- All meals and snacks, which have all been devised by Tess.
- .Morning Dance Warm Up
- Daily 2 to 3 hour Hike with Lyndsay Meyer, Mountain Guide and Head Trainer
- Daily Class with Danielle Peazer
- Cooking demonstrations with Tess Ward
- Daily Workshops and Talks with Tess and Danielle
- Access to Hotel Facilities, including spa, games room, etc.
- Spa access to include Sauna, Steam Room, Salt Cave, Indoor/Outdoor Pool and Gym
Prices for the retreat are CHF 4,900 / £3,950 per week per person for a shared room and CHF 5,750 / £4,450 per week per person.
A typical day at the retreat will see you start your morning with a dance warm-up led by Danielle.
After your warm-up session, you will have a healthy breakfast designed by Tess and prepared by The Capra’s award-winning chef, Eric Glauser.
Following breakfast, you will begin your daily hike around one of Saas-Fee’s trails, after your hike, you will return to the hotel for a healthy, gourmet lunch on the Terrace.
You will enjoy free time and relaxation time in our Spa after lunch.
Your final session will be one of Danielle’s fun and engaging workouts before dinner.
After Dinner, you will join Danielle and Tess for tea and wellness chats and information sessions in The Capra’s Lounge before retiring to the comforts of your luxury room for a good night’s ( and well earned) sleep.
Danielle spoke out on Twitter about the retreat explaining that she’d love to bring the ‘Danielle Peazer Method’ to loads of her fans eventually( talk about cool goals), but the retreat was for those who ‘really want to spend a week focusing on themselves and progress their relationship with excercise and activity.
