Danielle Peazers new workout series is perfect for anyone who wants to workout at home and not go near a gym

Here at Fuzzable we often find going to the gym or even the thought of going to the gym pretty daunting, especially when life gets busy and it’s just so hard to keep to any type of good routine. This is why we are loving Danielle Peazers new workour series with DW Fitness, Rebok and MTV. It’s designed to fit in to your everyday life and be done from the comfort of your own home when you have time to spare.

Danielle Peazer is someone we’ve written quite a bit about here on Fuzzable. Mainly because she’s created a fantastic fitness, health and lifestyle site with the Danielle Peazer Method.

Danielle started her career as a dancer. She trained at English National Ballet School for two years, where she studied classical ballet. She also took classes in tap and modern.

Danielle began working in the commercial dance industry in 2007. Dancing for many artists such as JLS, Jessie J, Leona Lewis, Kylie, Taio Cruz, and LMFAO. She danced at The 2012 BRIT Awards during My Heart Skips a Beat for Olly Murs. In 2013, she appeared in Katy Perry’s Unconditionally music video.

She created the Danielle Peazer Method to help others #TrainLikeADancer. The website regularly features work outs which are really easy to do and can be done from home. Danielle often does Q&A sessions on her Instagram where followers can ask her questions on keeping fit, diet and mental health.

This is why we love her new series with DW Fitness First and Reebok. The video workouts incorporate the ‘Danielle Peazer Method’, which tones the body through a number of specially designed workouts in the same way as a professional dancer. The fun, confidence-boosting classes enable women to include fitness as part of their busy day-to-day life, all within 10-minutes

.

We love Danielle’s workouts here at Fuzzable. They are great if you find going to the gym a bit of nightmare like we do. We feel much more comfortable doing Danielle’s workouts in the comfort of our own home. Nobody watching us, just us doing a workout that makes us feel good.

Have you tried any of Danielle’s workouts? Let us know at @Fuzzable.
