Clothing retailer Superdry has enlisted Swedish pop sensation Zara Larsson for its new Autumn Winter jacket collection.
Coats have always played a huge part in Superdry’s collection, however, their latest edit sees them reimagine past icons “into key silhouettes to bring them back to the fore”. The ‘Icons of Style’ campaign features Zara modelling the jackets, whilst she has also chosen some of her favourite pieces to be included as part of the edit.
Zara’s edit includes six jackets from across the collections; From Original and Vintage the limited edition Red Metallic Biker, from CODE, a spin-off from the Ella Bomber; the limited edition Metallic Toya Bomber and one of Superdry’s newest styles, the Alpine Lux Padded Jacket in black.
Zara also selected types from Superdry’s pinnacle concept collections SDX and Cult Studios. These include a longline down padded jacket from Cult Studios, and a down-filled reversible long puffa and high shine jacket from the SDX range.
Speaking about why Zara is the perfect ambassador, Superdry states on its website: “Zara’s everyday style is laid back and true to self, however, when it comes to the stage, Zara goes all out. Never one to shy away from standout looks, the multi-Grammy and MTV Award winner embodies the essence of our 4-style aesthetics, blending together youth, energy, and a sense of positive disruption.”
The Superdry ‘Icons of Style’ is available now.
