It’s Monday again, which means it’s time for our weekly hits here at Fuzzable. A ton of great new music has been released over the last week and we’re here to share with you our favorites. If you want to jump right into the playlist, you can access it here:
The first of this week’s newcomers is “Anna Wintour” from Azealia Banks. This song is from 2017, but it’s amazing nonetheless. Banks showcases her musical versatility brilliantly on this track and we’ve had it on repeat. Following this is Hayley Kiyoko’s “Wanna Be Missed.” Kiyoko is a brilliant breakout artists, and we’ve become obsessed with her debut album, Expectations.
Following these two tracks are ROZES’ “I Don’t,” Ella Eyre and Yxng Bane’s “Answerphone,” and Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj’s “Dark Side of the Moon.” ROZES rounds out this era of her career with a catchy bop in “I Don’t.” “Answerphone” sees Ella Eyre and Yxng Bane’s efforts trying to get into the music industry (which is working, because this song is absolutely everything). Finally, “Dark Side of the Moon” is a great track from Lil Wayne’s new album Tha Carter V. The two sing together in a way that shows their long friendship and bond.
Moving forward we have Hozier and Mavis Staples’ “Nina Cried Power” and Galantis and Throttles “Tell Me You Love Me.” The former sees Hozier return to music stronger than ever, and the latter imbues strong emotions while laying down a fun beat.
Our final three new tracks this week are “Taki Taki,” “Back to You,” and “breathin.” The first sees an iconic collaboration between DJ Snake, Ozuna, Cardi B, and Selena Gomez. Everyone sounds amazing on this track, and we can’t help but dance as soon as it begins. We’re a little late with our appreciation of Selena’s “Back to You,” but we’re now completely hooked. Finally, “breathin” returns to the list because we can’t get over how great Ariana sounds on it – and we can’t be the only ones that think so, because it’s been charting high as well!
