The new Converse x Miley Cyrus collection has arrived and it’s truly what dreams are made of. That’s right, our favourite singer, songwriter and actress has teamed up with the sneaker brand to release her very own glittery range.
Not only does the Converse x Miley Cyrus collection include must-have sneakers, but it also features oversized dresses, sweatpants, a hat, backpack, leggings, track jacket and more. The range is inspired by Miley’s style and encourages you to embrace your individuality.
Speaking about the mix and match collection, Miley said in a press release: “No age, no gender, no sex — I wanted everyone to feel included.
“Converse has no boundaries. It’s outspoken. I’ve always identified with Converse because the brand appeals to and represents so many different cultures and walks of life. And they’re accessible.”
The collection’s look book was shot by iconic fashion photographer Ellen Von Unwerth. Not only do the images capture Miley’s energy, but what makes them so special is the fact that they also feature some of the singer’s biggest fans, representing different genders, orientation and background.
“I definitely had my fans in mind and in my heart when I was creating,” Miley said. “I put what they love about me and what I love about them into the design.”
