Little Mix‘s Perrie Edwards shows off her natural beauty in her latest selfie on Instagram. In her post, Edwards wears minimal makeup, allowing for her gorgeous freckles to be on full display, all the way from her face, to her shoulders, to her chest and the tops of her arms.
While the singer shows full confidence in the picture, Edwards admitted that she didn’t always feel that way. “Growing up I was always insecure about the freckles on my face,” she captioned the photo. “Over the last couple of years I’ve started to embrace them and don’t feel I need to hide them anymore. Embrace your individuality. Love what you love without worrying about judgement.”
Perrie Edwards isn’t the only member of Little Mix to spread body confidence. A few weeks ago, fellow member Leigh-Anne Pinnock posted a photo encouraging others to embrace their natural curls. Her post came after she spotted a young fan at the group’s concert in Derby “rocking her beautiful curls.”
“Always be proud of that beautiful skin you’re in,” she wrote.
Edwards’ and Pinnock’s posts come after Little Mix launched a variety of beauty products, including a partnership with COLAB dry shampoo and Simple skin care, as well as their very own limited edition cosmetics range, titled “LMX by Little Mix.” The products are meant for every skin, hair and body types.
