8 Christmas Movies on Netflix To Watch This Holiday Season

Admit it: It’s tiresome to look through boxes and boxes of DVD cases to find just the right Christmas movie, and it’s even more tiresome to wait for that movie to air on television. Netflix eliminates all those troubles because it allows users to watch any and all Christmas movies on their roster at any time whatsoever. So, whether you’re just waking up and feeling in the mood for a Christmas movie marathon that day, or are ending your night in your PJs looking for some late-night viewing, Netflix has an impressive collection of holiday movies at one’s disposal just ready to be watched. Without further ado, here are TK Christmas movies on Netflix to watch this holiday season.

1. Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch

Starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch puts a new spin on the classic tale that will be great for the entire family to enjoy. With beautiful new animations and graphics, the movie will feel both familiar and new at the same time.

2. How The Grinch Stole Christmas

If you prefer Jim Carrey’s version of the Grinch, luckily, How the Grinch Stole Christmas is on Netflix, too. It’s hard to believe, but in 2020, it will be the movie’s 20-year-anniversary. Although it’s been out for a while, it’s one of those movies that will never, ever get old.

3. The Christmas Chronicles

The Christmas Chronicles only just premiered on Netflix in 2018, so if you haven’t had a chance to watch it yet, this holiday season is the perfect time.

4. Christmas With the Kranks

With Tim Allen and Jamie Lee Curtis at the forefront, you can’t go wrong with Christmas with the Kranks. It’s especially the right pick for anyone looking for a film with both heart and humor.

5. A Cinderella Story: Christmas Wish

There have been many reiterations of A Cinderella Story, but never one quite like this. So if you’re a fan of the franchise, A Cinderella Story: A Christmas Wish is a can’t-miss movie this holiday season.

6. Let It Snow

With the star-studded cast of Isabela Merced, Shameik Moore, Odeya Rush, Kiernan Shipka, Joan Cusack, Jacob Batalon, D’Arcy Carden, and more, Let It Snow should no question be on your Christmas-viewing list.

7. The Princess Switch

Vanessa Hudgens takes on two roles in The Princess Switch. Do we need to say more?

8. The Knight Before Christmas

If you can’t decide between watching a rom-com and a Christmas movie, The Knight Before Christmas is the movie for you since it combines both genres.
