Devil Potatoes
What You Need?
Boiled potatoes
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Piping bag
Smoked paprika (optional for garnish)
What to Do?
Take the boiled potatoes and chop them in two halves. Scoop the potatoes from the halves. Oil the potato baskets and bake them in the oven till crispy. Mix salt, pepper, oil and water (if you need) to the scooped out potatoes. Put them in the piping bag. Take out the potato baskets and pipe the potato mixture on it. Use smoked paprika for garnishing.
Baked Potatoes
What You Need?
Large Potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Sour Cream
Chives
Bacon (or other meat)
What to Do?
Cut potato in the middle to create a jacket of sorts but do not cut them into two full halves. Add salt , pepper and oil. Wrap it in a foil and bake it in the oven at about 425 celcius. Serve with sour cream, Bacon, chives or any other toppings of your choice.
Hash Browns
What You Need?
Potato
Salt
Pepper
Tin Foil
Oil
What to Do?
Grate potatoes and drain out excess water. Add salt and pepper to it. Fold a tin foil in the circular shape similar to that of hash browns. Heat pan and add oil. Place the tin mould. Place the potato mixture inside the tin mould till it assumes the circular shape. Remove the mould and fry both sides till golden brown. Serve with dips and sauces.
Sweet Potatoes in Honey and Mustard
What You Need?
Sweet Potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Mustard Sauce
Honey
What to Do?
Boil the potatoes. Leave the skin on them. Gently squeeze them down but do not break them apart. Deep fry them till Crispy. Serve with mustard sauce and drizzle honey on top of it.
Crispy Potato Waffles
What You Need?
Shredded potatoes
Oil
Cheese
Ketchup
Scallions
What to Do?
Shred potatoes. Drain out the excess water. Add salt. Oil waffle maker and put the potatoes in it. Halfway through, change sides. Check on it till both sides are crispy and brown. Plate it up when done. Sprinkle cheese, scallions and ketchup and serve hot.

What You Need?

What to Do?
Roast the cubed potatoes in oven with salt and pepper. Toss and turn them midway to slightly coat them with oil. These roasted cubes are dry and can be preserved for many days. You may pop them with delicious dips or enjoy them as garnishes on soups.

What You Need?

Cupcake Baking moulds
What to Do?
Cut potatoes in circular shape. Drain out the moisture. Add Melted Butter, Cheese, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper and Thyme/Rosemary Leaves. Stack layers of this potato mixture in the greased cupcake baking moulds. Put salt and pepper on top and bake for an hour at 190 degree Celcius. Serve with thyme/rosemary garnishing.
Cheese Potato Pancakes
What You Need?
Potatoes
Spring Onions
Cheese (cheddar/parmesan/ or any your prefer)
Salt
Pepper
2 Eggs
Flour
Hot oil
What to Do?
Chop Spring Onions. Grate cheese and potatoes. Drain out the moisture from the potatoes. Mix potatoes, spring onions, cheese, flour and two beaten eggs. Heat pan and place the mixture in a circular shape. Flatten with spoon and fry both sides till golden brown. Drain out the excess oil. Serve with sour cream dip , chilli garlic dip or any sauce of your choice.

What You Need?
Peeled Potato skins with the moisture drained out
Salt
Pepper
Chilli Flakes (optional)
Hot oil
What to Do?
Add salt, pepper and chilli flakes (optional) to the peeled potato skins. Deep fry them in hot oil till golden brown. Serve with ketchup, mayo or any dip of your choice.
Sweet Potato Smoothie
What You Need?
Sweet Potatoes
Almond milk (or skimmed milk)
2 tbsp coconut oil
Nutmeg Powder
Cinnamon Powder
Ginger Powder
Clove Powder
Ice Cubes (2-3)
What to Do?
Cut The Sweet Potatoes into pieces. Put them in the blender/mixture grinder. Add the almond milk, coconut oil, and cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove powders and blend well. Half way through add the ice cubes and blend again. Sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg powder on top and serve chilled.
