Society6 is a site that showcases talented artists from across the globe. It’s home to literally hundreds of thousands of artists from all around the world, who put their art on the site and it’s turned in to over 30+ premium designs by the lovely peeps at Society6 and then sold and the artists get the profits.
They create, we produce and fulfil, and every purchase pays an artist. Simple, but huge.
We first came across Society6 a couple of years ago ( way before the birth of Fuzzable now we think about it) thanks to Writer and Social Influencer Gemma Styles who posted a pic on Twitter of her super cute Cat and in the shot was a cool print which we loved. It appeared we weren’t the only people who loved it as one of her followers tweeted her asking where she had got it and she replied “Society6”.

So naturally we checked out Society6 and we loved what we found.
It’s not just a place for artists to sell their art and design work but it’s also a proper community. The three people behind Society6 really care about and help to build the community spirit. The site was created by Justin Cooper, Justin Wills, Lucas Tirigall-Caste in 2009 in Los Angeles. They later sold the business to Demand Media in 2013 for a reported $94 million. However, the sale hasn’t dampened the community spirit the site has grown and grown.
We can spend hours scrolling through all the cool art for sale. ( It’s a bit like a rabbit hole when you get looking as you just can’t stop going deeper and deeper, it really is home to lots of talented artists). We thought we’d share a few our current fave artists/sellers with you.
