Haus Laboratories, the beauty brand launched by Lady Gaga, has announced the release of a ‘Stupid Love’ eyeshadow palette which is inspired by the global superstar’s forthcoming album Chromatica.
According to Haus Labs, the palette features 18 “high-impact hues sourced from unique pearls and finely milled pigments for one-swipe, full-intensity payoff.” Offering a mixture of matte and shimmer shades including metallic lavender, royal blue, sparkling black and a matte pale pink, the shades have been inspired by Chromatica’s tracklist with names including ‘1000 Doves’, ‘Babylon’, ‘Rain on Me’ and ‘Fun Tonight’.

In a press release, Sarah Tanno, makeup artist and global artistry director of Haus Laboratories, explained the idea behind the palette “Within the different color waves, there are chromatic versions of the shades for you to try monochromatic looks and experiment with color blocking, with versatility of the warm and cool tones,” she said. “With color, there are no rules, and if you feel like there are, break them! We want to empower you to feel like you can try something that you never had the confidence to do.”
Not only will the ‘Stupid Love’ palette allow you to create unreal looks, but using it will make you feel good too. As with all Haus Labs products, the palette is cruelty free and suitable for vegans. $1 from every paid transaction will also be donated to Lady Gaga’s Born This Way foundation which supports the brand’s shared commitment to a kinder and braver world.
The ‘Stupid Love’ eyeshadow palette is due for release on May 19, ahead of Chromatica’s arrival on May 29. The palette retails at $48 and will be available through Amazon and Haus Labs.
Haus Labs were also recently due to unveil new Le Riot lipgloss and Rip lip liner shades however, decided to put the release on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
