Do not leave Singapore without trying one of Mitzo’s signature concoctions Summer Botanic, a refreshing quencher in the Singapore sunny climate. The tipple mixes Chamomile tea infused Grant’s whisky with apricot brandy, rose & apple syrup, lemon juice, peach bitters and cranberry soda and tops off with kaffir lime leaves.

#4 was designed to awaken curiosity and inspire guests to question what they are told. The complex drink is black in colour, with layers of flavours from the blend of agave cooked and redistilled with strawberry, cacao-infused spirit, pure milk vodka, bamboo charcoal and a salt & pepper finish. Served over ice with salty strawberry powder, the final product is fruity, balanced with notes of smoke, earth, salt and bitterness.

#5 Picassos’s Pencil
Travel back to primary school with the intriguing Picasso’s Pencil, designed to celebrate flavours of Picasso’s native southern Spain. A true artist, Picasso’s first word was noted as “piz,” short for “lapiz,” the Spanish word for pencil. The aromas and flavours of the drink come to life through distilled pencil wood, combined with smoky agave, preserved lemon, fruity Manzanilla sherry, apple vinegar and tonic.

Moving in a more culinary direction, the banana-infused Peel & See is inspired by Andy Warhol’s iconic piece for The Velvet Underground. The unlikely combination of banana, miso and olive oil are integrated into the gin base through a multi-step process of sous vide, dehydration and fat-washing, then combined with quinine aperitif and served with an additional dash of olive oil for garnish.

#7 Alexandra Sunset
The bartender’s rendition of the glamorous sunset at the rooftop of Park Hotel Alexandra, the Alexandra Sunset features Grand Marnier infused with torched rosemary, shaken with cherry liqueur, white rum, fresh citrus and pineapple juices, topped with a splash of bitters and dark rum.
Aqua Luna is a rooftop bar sits beside the azure blue waters of Park Hotel Alexandra’s 25-meter infinity pool.
