Zendaya announces collaboration with Boohoo.com

Actress, singer and fashionista Zendaya has announced a collaboration with online retailer Boohoo.com.

The star, who is currently wowing audiences worldwide in The Greatest Showman, has curated her own collection titled The Zendaya Edit, which is made up of 50+ designs from Boohoo’s spring 2018 offerings.

Zendaya has picked a range of items which represent her style. The collection, which drops on March 21, is made up of denim, jumpsuits, slogan T-shirts, jackets, bell-bottom trousers, cropped tops, figure-hugging dresses and more items with a nod to the 90’s. Prices are set to range from £8-£55.

Speaking about the partnership, Zendaya said: “I know my fans, and I know what’s important to them. They are chic, fashion-forward and love clothes, but like most people, wanna be able to ball on a budget. So I felt this was a perfect fit, to help them choose some easy pieces that aren’t just ‘trendy’ but also attainable.”

In addition to curating the collection, Zendaya has also modelled the clothing for a glossy advertising campaign. Shot in Los Angeles, she can be seen modelling a floaty blue dress, a shiny pink suit, a sparkly jacket and a yellow denim two-piece.

Katie Curran, Boohoo.com senior communications manager said: “Zendaya is everything the Boohoo girl is, and we can’t wait to have her on board with us for spring. She is an amazing role model for our customers and her successful career and her impeccable style are just two of the reasons why this is the perfect partnership for Boohoo. Zendaya was a pleasure to work with. We are sad to see the process draw to a close, but we can’t wait to release the collection on site now and celebrate the launch.”

Zendaya follows in the footsteps of Jordyn Woods, Charli XCX and Stella Hudgens who have previously partnered with Boohoo.com.

The Zendaya Edit hits Boohoo.com on March 21. You can sign up to find out more information here.
