Autumn has finally arrived, which means one thing and one thing only: the advent of pumpkin everything! We’ve searched the web for some wonderful pumpkin recipes and we’ve gathered three of them here. We’ve tried them ourselves and can attest that they are just as delicious as they look. So here they are, three delightful pumpkin recipes for fall:
These Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies:
The picture doesn’t even do these brownies justice. You may not think that pumpkin and chocolate would taste good together, but this recipe blends their distinct flavors together with the cream cheese mixture acting as the perfect bind for them. Our tip? Use store bought brownie mix and just make the cheesecake mixture yourself. It saves effort and turns out delicious!
These Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies:
Another pumpkin and chocolate recipe, this one is different from its predecessor but in all the best ways. Where the brownies are thick and dense and wonderfully flavorful, these cookies are lighter but still pack the same punch. With both pumpkin and pumpkin spice in these cookies, they are full of autumnal flavor. The chocolate chips add the perfect sweetness and richness to these treats. Warning: The dough itself is highly addicted! Spare some while baking because you will definitely want to eat some!
This Pumpkin Pie Made with Fireball Whiskey:
This pie takes the standard pie to a whole new level. Originally prepared via use of a grill (though you can very easily prepare this pie in the oven – we did and it turned our deliciously), this pie adds a distinct flavor to a fall classic: cinnamon whiskey. The addition of Fireball amplifies the cinnamon and spice flavor already present in the pie, generally elevating it to a whole new level. It’s a classic with a spiked punch and we can’t get enough of it! (Warning: If cooking in the oven, cook for a shorter amount of time, as ovens will generally cook quicker than a grill.)
