Dark, milk or white chocolates – everyone has their own favorite flavor they crave for. Whether you prefer a slab of plain chocolate, or you’re an aficionado who refuses anything below 80 percent, or a pure milk chocolate bar lover or someone who indulges in a bit of less melting and more crunch, it’s safe to say that a lot of us would class ourselves as chocoholics.

In fact, sending chocolate care packages to your female friends when they are suffering from a terrible period cramps can do wonders. Dark chocolates are scientifically proven to be a great therapy to relieve you from period cramps and annoying mood swings. They consist of heavier amounts of the healthy cocoa bean (more than 65%) which is high in magnesium, potassium, and iron that help relax your muscles and uplift your mood without you having to consume any calories.

A recent study conducted by Leisure, UK, has analyzed the world’s favorite chocolate bar in each nation using global search volumes.
