Noticeably Kim Cattrall will not be joining them in the reboot and has not particularly quiet about the decision. She’s hinted many times over the years, prior to the release of the second film, that she has no desire to revive her character of Samantha again. Eagle-eyed fans have noticed she’s liked a tweet recently, praising her for staying out of the reboot and putting herself first.
We wish her all the best, she will be missed!
Whilst many fans will no doubt be disappointed that the iconic Samantha Jones will be absent when Sex and the City returns, we still can’t wait for this reboot! With many fans of the hit 90’s-00’s show already taking to social media platforms to share their views on where the show will take the characters next!
@bellagerard I couldn’t help but wonder…what will Carrie wear? #satc #sexandthecity #carriebradshaw #andjustlikethat #satcreboot #fashion #styling #nyc
If there’s one thing we know about the show, it’s that it will be PACKED full of expensive designer fashion! In the famous words of Carrie, “I like my money where I can see it – hanging in my closet”.
If you’ve not already seen the original six seasons, here’s your sign to get binge-watching them now! It’s lockdown so consider it a productive task!
