When you step into any Lush shop, nearly everything that you see has a handmade touch. Everything is sliced, squeezed, and mixed up by hand. And the best part is, everything 100% vegetarian and cruelty free!
Now with their Christmas collection, Lush basically made my winter wonderland dreams come true. As someone with dry and sensitive skin Snowcloud, Bûche de Noël, and Buck’s Fizz were all truly a lifesaver along with The Snowman and Thundersnow as an extra bubbly and foamy treat.

Bûche de Noël
Bûche de Noël has to be one of my favorites out of all the Christmas products I got. Made for your face and body, I personally love using this cleanser on just my face because of how sensitive and dry it can be, especially during the Winter. It’s just too good to waste anywhere else for me. With festive ingredients such as satsumas, cranberries and a drop of brandy, this cleanser is the perfect thing to use when you wake up in the morning.
The finely ground almonds, kaolin and fruits gently buff and clean your face while the cocoa butter in the product softens the skin. And to top it off, Bûche de Noël’s fragrant essential oils balance and restore your skin. Whether your’e going bare faced or getting ready to put on your makeup, this product helps create the perfect smooth canvas. Even after hours later of using this, my face still felt soft! The best way to describe the smell of this product is nutty, due to the almonds!
How to use according to Lush:
Dampen your face with warm water. Place a pea-sized chunk in the palm of your hand and add water to create a paste. Apply to your face using small, circular motions. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. For best results follow with the Lush toner and moisturizer that best suit your skin type. Your cleanser will remain fresh for up to three months. Always check the expiration date on your product.
Snowcloud
Snowcloud is one of the cutest soaps I’ve ever seen. You’ll feel like you’re floating on a cloud with this adorable cloud shaped creamy soap. This soap is made with cocoa butter and marshmallow root lathers, and brings soothing moisture and softness back to dry or irritated skin.
While using Snowcloud you can see a baby blue/white soapy residue while using. So be sure to lay the soap on some sort of soap dish while putting it down in the shower. The best way to describe the smell of this product is citrusy flower!
How to use according to Lush:
Lather up then rinse clean!
Buck’s Fizz
Buck’s Fizz is a refreshing citrusy body conditioner that instantly softens your skin. I’ve never used a body conditioner, so this was interesting to see if it actually worked or not. And it did! It was basically like conditioner that you use for your hair, but on your skin. I found that I had to use a decent amount of the creamy formula, because of course, you’re putting this all over your body.
Made with fresh pink grapefruit blended into the rich buttery base of almond oil, coconut oil, and murumuru butter, this will make your Winter skin feel refreshed. Lush claims the citrusy perfume can last all day, but I didn’t smell it much afterward. This can be possibly because I didn’t use enough.
Buck’s Fizz is also available in a solid formula that’s packaging-free, which I feel could be easier and less messy to use. The orange in this formula left a residue on the white parts separating my tiles in the shower, which had to be cleaned off after. You can check out both versions and decide which one fits your routine. The best way to describe the smell of this product is orange cream soda!
How to use according to Lush:
Smooth all over your wet skin after washing, then rinse clean.
The Snowman
I was extremely happy when I picked up The Snowman. You basically crumble the snowman into running water to create a bubble bath! Made with sicilian lemon, lemon myrtle oils, cocoa, shea butters, you get bubbles and moisturizing benefits all in one. The best way to describe the smell of this product is lemon!
How to use according to Lush:
Crumble under running warm water as you fill the tub for mountains of fluffy, fragrant bubbles.
Thundersnow
Thundersnow is my aqua dreams coming true all in a bath bomb. This product became so popular earlier in the year, that Lush brought it back for Christmas. When put into water during your bath, you see the aqua and green ball foam revealing its cocoa fragrance. The best way to describe the smell of this product is coca!
How to use according to Lush:
Fill your bathtub with warm water, drop in the bath bomb and lie back to enjoy its lovely color and gorgeous fragrance.
