Maira Genovese is the creator of the My Style Wish App. A fashion concierge service designed to help with all your fashion needs.
She is also the founder of MG Empower, an international creative agency for digital content and influencer marketing.
Maira is Brazillian she has been living and working in London since 2006. She started her career in San Paulo working as a marketing manager for American Express. After moving to London Maira began working as a PR and Events Co-ordinator for huge names such as Alexander McQueen, Saint Laurent & Sergio Rossi. From there she moved on to work Aquascutum and Daks.
In 2013 she branched out to set up her own company, MG Fashion Consultancy. Maira aimed to create a boutique consultancy where she used her knowledge of social media and influencer marketing, to offer services to luxury fashion and lifestyle clients.
Four years later MG Fashion Consultancy rebranded to become MG Empower. The rebrand reflected Maira’s ambition to empower brands and influencers alike. For them to tell stories that resonate and connect with their audience on a global scale.
Maira’s idea of empowering people is reflected in her own company. From the name to the fact it is a company of all women. All who are digital experts who share her vision for empowering others.
The company’s Instagram gives us serious heart eyes. It features a LOT of our fave brands and influencers who MG Empower have worked on various campaigns with. It shows that Maira and all the amazing women who work with her seriously know their stuff. They are passionate about Influencers and matching them with brands that they believe in and the connection clearly can be seen by people who see campaigns any member of the company has worked on. They truly care and want to empower everyone be it brand, influencer or consumer.
