The South Korean septet celebrated this New Year by performing at New Year Rockin’ Eve and while they left the audiences mesmerized, we need to remember their own journey as they achieved this major feat. RM’s Meaning of the term “Future”
In Korean, the word ‘future’ is made up of two parts. The first part means ‘not,’ and the second means ‘to come.’ In that sense, ‘future’ means something that will not come. This is to say the future is now, and our now is us living our future.
We all work hard in the hope of making a successful ‘future’ and while there is nothing wrong with our aspiration, we often forget to appreciate the present moment. As new decade unfolds, we must learn to appreciate what we have now and make most out of it so that when we grow old, we are able to impart that satisfaction to our future generations.

Our achievements and failures are always judged through others while undermines our distinct perceptions towards our life. This one is for the introverts and nocturnals. One of the first series of articles released on the website talked about the life of an introvert. As RM and Fall Out Boys share in their song “Champion”, the achievement for anyone would be to just make it through and the best reward would be to make it as one wants it to be. We must not be afraid of shedding tears and taking a pause and must not feel ashamed of our personalities.
