Why Grades Should Not Define You

We all stress and worry from time to time it’s a normal part of life, As you get older and older and sling towards the last year or two from your school years it all becomes about exams and grades, Points and college courses,

You may think, oh god if I don’t get the right points I won’t get the course I
want and then I’m a failure! Or if I don’t get a certain amount of points I’ll be
an idiot…

Let me ask, Why should some points on a piece of paper define you? Why
does it mean you’ll be a failure? Why does it mean you won’t get far in life?
Let me list a few people for you

● Bill Gates (Microsoft co-founder) He dropped out of school!

● Oprah Winfrey (She doesn’t even need an explanation)

● Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook CEO)

● Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook CEO)

● Lady Gaga

You’ve heard of all these people and they have one thing in common they
all dropped out of school!

Myself including, I dropped out a few years ago not knowing what would
happen but I knew I could not stay where I was, School was not for me it
had nothing I was interested in and the anxiety towards it was not worth it, I
left and decided to pursue my interest in radio, after several years of
training and work experience I ended up on a station in the U.K called The
Mix Radio for a year and a half and now have ended up on an even bigger
station called XTRA Radio doing a show 5 days a week in the evenings
that I love so much!

At the end of the day what is meant to happen will happen for you!
