Who is Rami and why do we have a crush on him?
Rami, his twin brother Sami and their sister were born to Egyptian parents, as 1st generation Americans in Los Angeles.
Coming from school theatre, he decided to become a trained actor which he graduated in 2003 at the University of Evansville in Indiana with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Even he struggled to get an agent, he never gave up.
The agent which helped him on the way so we all would get to know him, was the one suggesting him for his first ever role: The one as Andy in Gilmore Girls.

Shortly after his TV- debut, he got the role as Ahkmenrah for all three Night At The Museum movies.
Moving on to the final Twilight- movie Breaking Dawn 2 in which he played a vampire!
As some of you may remember, Rami knew Joe Mazzello already since back in the day as they both got a role in the 2010 HBO- mini series “The Pacific”, in which both of them were soldiers.
A friendship, which stayed alive till this day, as Rami and Joe made it to form two of the final four to play members of the rock band Queen.
After that try to find your way into Elliot’s mind in Mr Robot and then – finally – find out how he made it to bring one of the rock gods to life, which was and will forever be: Freddie Mercury.
And as it comes to the latest blockbuster, we experience that nothing, as it should be for everyone of us, is taken for granted by Rami.
He really won award after award, the SAG, the Golden Globe, a Satellite Award, and besides some more, on top of it all an Oscar for his lead role in this fantastic Queen bio-pic!
Some might think that success he was working and hoping for, for years and years got to his head a bit? Not a chance.

And the first thing he did was to tell his mum how much he loves her and not only says thank you, but shows how truly grateful he is about everything that happens to him.
