Firstly how is it May? This year is flying by, it’s scary how quick this year is going. We are nearly half way through the year. One good thing about us being five months into the year is some of the amazing songs that have been released.
I am one of those people that if I like a song I play it death until I get bored of it. Then I don’t listen to it for months and then I get obsessed with it all over again.
Doesn’t have to be new releases either sometimes a really old song will come on and I’ll fall in love all over again. I don’t have a particular artist or genre either. I can be quite random, depends on my mood.
So I thought I’d share some of my current favourites:
Gary Barlow- Forever Love
Forever Love was one of first singles I ever bought as a kid, so I absolutely love this new live version. Not only because Gary Barlow sounds amazing but because the lyrics are still lovely 20 years on.
Paramore- Brick by Boring Brick
I went to see Paramore in my 2nd year at University and they closed their set with this song and I’ve loved it ever since.
