Five Healthy Lunch Ideas

Cold cut sandwiches are so boring and so unhealthy. It’s time to shake up lunch! Below we have five vegetable based healthy lunch ideas. We hope you love them as much as we do!

1. Tuna with avocado


1 can of tuna fish. 1 avocado. Mash together for one delicious lunch.

2. Mediterranean Mezze


Escape to the Mediterranean…at least just your taste buds. Dip some cucumber slices into hummus, have a few olives and end with some Greek yogurt.

3. Broccoli slaw wrap

A bit a crunch for your lunch! Layer hummus, broccoli slaw, mild salsa, and wrap it up.

4. Exotic fruit salad


Cut, slice or dice star fruit, dragon fruit, jicama, and mango into a bowl. For extra flavor try adding a bit of yogurt or apple cider vinegar to the salad as a dressing.

5. Vegetarian Mexican bowl


Like your favorite Mexican chain but way way healthier. Choose what you want: black beans, red beans, shredded cheese, corn, sliced tomatoes, chopped onions, avocado, peppers, lettuce, quinoa, and even mango, pineapple or peach for a kick of sweetness.
