Have you ever hypothetically considered not only being stranded on a deserted island, but also which music you would choose to listen to if stranded on this island? No? Maybe that’s only us. Either way, we’ve compiled songs from our writing and editing staff into a playlist. Without further ado, these are the songs that would help us at Fuzzable persevere if stranded on an island.

With this playlist, we’ve covered ourselves for all emotions we might experience. We’ve got our sad, hard on ourself songs, but we’ve also got our anthemic tracks that will be there to pick us back up. Paramore’s “Hard Times” rings true here, especially with Hayley Williams’ quips about not getting to rock bottom.
We have Sia opening our deserted island playlist with a declaration of passion and life, and we’ve got Shawn Mendes and Louis Tomlinson bringing a more emotional yet beautiful sound. Meanwhile, Fleetwood Mac and KT Tunstall bring their folky sounds to remind us of compassion and home. With a ton of other artists layered throughout the playlist, we believe we’ve concocted a decent deserted island playlist – and we’d love to know what you think, too!
All in all, we’ve decided to close out our playlist with “Hangin’ On” by ROZES. This song is powerfully upbeat, which we will need if we are to survive on an island by ourselves. It also sends a simple yet concise message: “We were young, we were young, and hangin’ on.” It’s a message of endurance, and hopefully one that will push us forward toward survival and rescue.
