Welcome to Fuzzable’s crush alerts. A section of our site where we bring you the hottest celebrities and influencers. We want to provide you with a reason to be able to take a break from your busy day and revel in our crushes greatness. On this edition of Crush Alert, we’re shining a spotlight on one of the biggest YouTubers of the year — the ever-lovely David Dobrik!
Who is David and why do we have a crush on him?
David Dobrik is the 22-year-old, Slovakian-born, clickbait king of YouTube. Although he started off on Vine (RIP), the star made the successful transition into the vlogging world. Currently sitting at 9.2 million subscribers, David’s vlogs have changed the format of the personal vlog — his videos, which run for four minutes and 21 seconds, have come to be some of the most watched videos on the platform.
He’s a member of the famous Vlog Squad, a group of former Vine stars who have begun conquering YouTube, which includes Trisha Paytas, Scotty Sire, Zane Hijazi and Brandon Calvillo. Dobrik, who is usually seen as the leader of the group, is also recognized as Liza Koshy’s ex-boyfriend.
Here’s some proof David being absolutely crush-worthy.
David has spent the year making vlogs, taking his friends to some very fancy places and even buying them cars (courtesy of Seat Geek, of course). He’s vlogged lots of his sweetest gestures for those closest to them, but he’s also vlogged some of the most outrageous stunts and pranks he’s pulled on those very same people (we’re looking at you, flamethrower).
Although many would characterize David as a wild person, his videos of him buying his father a car, or taking his friend’s sister and mother to their dream destinations, or giving a fan a day to hang with him, make David one of our favorite YouTubers around.

David Dobrik is definitely not your average YouTuber — his mind just seems to never stop working and as fans of the vlog, we definitely appreciate all the work he puts into making these things possible.
And did we mention he has a podcast? He and Jason Nash host VIEWS, which you should definitely be listening to on the regular!
