They say that a good friend knows all your stories but a best friend live them with you. Today’s world is governed by the principle of instant gratification and it has become quite difficult to find “friends” who really care for us and are concerned about our well-being. But at the same time, it has become equally important for everyone to not take their friends and family for granted.
There are times when it becomes difficult for us to share our woes with our parents or siblings. We often need that one person in front of whom, we don’t require any filter. When Katrina called Meredith “her person” in Grey’s Anatomy, she was referring to the latter as the one who would always be the first person to see the good and bad side of the former. While Katrina and Meredith are fictional characters, we have had a chance to witness some beautiful real-life celebrity friendships.
So today, we share some of our favorite celebrity friendships and we hope you enjoy seeing the pair together as much as we do:
V and Jimin
As trainees, both Jimin and V used to go to school together. They both have spent quite a lot of time with each other. While V is friends with a lot of artists including Park Bo Gum, Jimin holds a special place in his heart. They both have often narrated their stories to members and fans about the times when they used to cry together in bathrooms and share their doubts with each other.
During an episode in Bon Voyage series, V wrote a letter for Jimin expressing his gratitude to the latter for his unconditional love and support.

Camila and Shawn Mendes
Camila was one of the first few people to listen to Mendes’ songs from his new album. Both Mendes and Camila have always been open about their love for each other. While talking to Zane Lowe, Mendes said,
“She’s my favorite person in the whole world. I don’t think you’ll ever meet somebody who can feel emotion like her, in all aspects. She can feel hurt like no other, but she can feel love like no other.”
Both the singers became BFF when they collaborated for their single “I Know What You Did Last Summer” and since then, have been supporting each other. It seems like Camila has found a “real friend” in Shawn Mendes.
It’s sad that media and shippers have given massive attention to their non-existent romantic relationship and not to their evident friendship. When we went on to find videos highlighting their moments as friends, we failed to find any.

This pair does not need an introduction. Kate Winslet and Leonardo Di Caprio are a major friendship goal and the reason lies in their unwavering love for each other, an emotion that has lasted for over two decades and continues to flourish even today. While talking about Caprio, Winslet once said,
“He’s a solid, loyal person. He’s a great friend, he always has been, and not just to me, but to everyone around him. He still has friends he had when we made Titanic.”
Leo has always expressed his desire to work with Kate again and to fans, nothing can be more joyous than seeing the pair on-screen. He once said,
“In a lot of ways, Kate and I have really grown up in this industry together; we’ve been a support mechanism for each other for such a long period of time. We’ve been there for each other and helped guide each other.”
