All you have to do is start oil pulling. Oil pulling is when you put about a tablespoon of coconut oil into your mouth and swish it around for about 15 minutes before spitting it out. It draws toxins out of your system via your mouth and even breaks down plaque on your teeth. You shouldn’t switch out toothpaste with oil, though! Keep brushing those teeth.


Instead of using shaving cream that irritates your skin, try using this oil instead. Warm it up in your hands before rubbing it on your legs, armpits, or anywhere else you feel like shaving. A tiny amount of coconut oil can go a long way when it comes to removing your makeup! Soak a regular cotton pad in your oil and gently remove the makeup from your face. You’ll find that it removes even the toughest products with ease – yes, even that extra waterproof mascara and the almost glued-on liquid lipstick.

Hair mask

Do you use heating tools or a regular basis? Or is your hair type just extra dry? You can easily fix that issue by doing a coconut hair mask once a week. Simply cover your hair in coconut oil, leave it in for ten minutes and then proceed to wash your hair as usual. For everyday use, take a pea size amount of coconut oil between your fingers, and apply it to the bottom of your hair for all-day frizz protection.
